Curtis Creation believes in supporting local artists and designers. We are especially passionate about empowering women in business.
Our Artisan Collaborations are meant to bring you products that you won't find at the big box stores. These products are handmade here in the United States. The quality is unparalleled and we are proud to partner with these individuals.
Orders from these collections may be drop shopped directly, so you might receive multiple shipments from your order. Please allow ample time for delivery (as noted in each product description) because most of these items are made to order. Enjoy the line up! And as always, thank you for your support!
Hey there! I'm Katie, the one behind the brush. I am a watercolor and calligraphy artist living in Chico, California with my husband and our crazy Cockapoo (Cocker Spaniel, Poodle Mix). I enjoy creating beautiful designs and seeing them come to life on everyday objects. I value quality and my favorite part of what I do is knowing that people are using and enjoying the products I create. All our tea towels are designed, made & printed in the USA. Our printing technique used is long lasting and fade resistant.
Welcome to Designs by Ashley Knie! I am a lover of all things beautiful and extremely passionate about home decor. I started Designs by Ashley Knie as a way to allow my creative juices to flow once my kids were in school full time and I feel so blessed.
Another passion I have is working on our Southern California fixer upper with my husband. We have literally done everything with our own hands and take a lot of pride in our work.
I want to thank you for allowing me to create something for your home! I am so grateful for you!
Bridge Nine Candle Co. was born in the North Portland community of Portland, OR. The iconic St Johns Bridge, the ninth major bridge on the Willamette river, was the inspiration for our simple and distinctive branding.
Since the beginning, our vision has been to create candles based on simplicity and sustainability for your everyday lifestyle. Each candle is hand poured using all natural soy wax, 100% cotton wicks and fragrance oils. Our candle components are purposeful. We use soy wax, a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans, because it is a renewable resource grown on American soil. It is also clean-burning and slow-burning. We use cotton wicks that will require trimming to ensure that our candles burn clean. Our fragrance oils are American made, some containing essential oils, to create our quality scented candles. All of our fragrance is formaldehyde & phthalate free. Our candles, poured in heavy duty Libbey glass, canning jar glass, or tin, provide a decorative accent piece, blending well with home or office décor. In addition, you can recycle all your containers after you finish burning your candle.
Bridge Nine is run by it's founder, Chelsea Arvesen. Chelsea has lived in the Portland, OR area for 10 years. Besides making candles, she loves to take her dog (Tessa!) for walks, travel with her family, read and paint.
Hi! My name is Clara from Houston, TX. I’m an interior decorator, crafter, wife, mother of 2, and the owner and creator of My Happy Nest. I’ve been very creative since I was a little girl, crafting has always been part of my life, and I believe handmade items are a unique and special keepsake.
I started making good quality custom signs as a gift to my clients while decorating their homes, and soon realized they added a very special and personalized touch to any space, so I finally decided to share my art with others and make it my own business. That’s how My Happy Nest was born, and I'm loving every minute of it!! I take a lot of pride in my work since every single sign is designed, painted, and framed by me in my own home, which really makes them unique. And while you can already find a good variety of signature signs that I’ve created so far, I also enjoy working on custom orders. I love when my signs tell a story, and I’m very grateful to somehow be a part of it.
All signs are made from high quality 3/4 birch plywood, and they hang from a dark walnut stained frame which is exceptionally sturdy. Each sign is unique, since I paint and frame them myself, so no two signs are exactly the same. I do my best to pick out the best looking pieces of wood, sometimes little knots and natural imperfections are present, but these slight imperfections add charm and character.
The back of the sign is unpainted, but personally signed by me, Clara Uribe (owner and maker of My Happy Nest).
