Returns/Refund Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted.
Curtis Creation is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise.  If they arrive damaged, you may return them using the following return process: 
Please email our return processing team at bcurtis@curtiscreation.com, entering Return Claim on the subject line. Upon receipt, Curtis Creation will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims.  All claims must be submitted and received by Curtis Creation within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment.   No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number,  Order Number, Quantity, and A Photo of the Damage or Defect.
